I pay special care and attention to sourcing all my ingredients as quality is extremely important to me.
You won’t find any preservatives in my cakes as they are all freshly made to order.
I have a number of recipes which are gluten or egg free so please ask if you have any special dietary requirements.
I support independent farms and dairies and use free range, fair trade and some organic ingredients. | |
Things I can guarantee in my cakes:
Chocolate, coffee, bananas and sugar will always be fair trade
Eggs will always be free range
Flour, Vanilla and milk will be organic.
All fruit and vegetables are sourced as locally as possible.
